How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size, and add to cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at neville@rayze.xyz if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an item has shipped, modifications are no longer possible, but our return policy will apply.

How long will shipping take?

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and customs fees may apply and are calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?

What if my package is lost or damaged?

SIZING & FIT

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

What if the item doesn't fit?
No problem! We offer free returns within 30 days. Simply contact us to initiate a return and order a different size.

Do your items run true to size?
Yes, our items generally run true to size. However, specific fit notes are included on each product page. Our Engineer Collection features a slightly relaxed, athletic fit.

PRODUCT CARE

How should I care for my Névillé pieces?
Each item includes specific care instructions on the tag. Generally:

  • Machine wash cold with like colors

  • Turn garments inside out before washing

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Iron on low heat if needed

Are Névillé products pre-shrunk?
Yes, all our garments are pre-washed and pre-shrunk to ensure consistent sizing and minimize shrinkage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our full Return Policy page for complete details.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The credit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and access exclusive offers.
